S&R Membership Shopping is a large membership retailer in the Philippines. Dalfin AI replaced legacy-system-based processes with three live systems: warehouse management, demand forecasting and member management. Specialist AI work is scoped separately.
Warehouse tasks, stock checks and sales order quantities were managed in legacy systems. That made outbound preparation slow, left pick faces empty and put the burden of checking on staff.

The computer vision work is presented as a separate system. It is distinct from the live warehouse, forecasting and member management systems.
Customers browse the menu by category, search for items, build their order in the cart and check out on one page. Items that are out of stock are marked unavailable, and customers can review their previous orders.
